Questions about hire and reservations
Open a question for a short, clear answer.
You can hire from one day, but a minimum of two days is charged. For example, hiring a beer tap for a weekend costs €105.00. This also applies to a one-day hire.
Materials may be collected up to 1 day before the start of the event at no extra cost.
The return of materials is done one day after the event.
For example, equipment hired for Saturday and Sunday can be collected on Friday or Saturday. Return it on Monday between 09:00 and 13:00.

We take the preferences you submitted through our platform into account when planning deliveries. Our driver sends a message to let you know when to expect them.
No. Rent Solutions provides an industrial washing after each use. We do ask that the glasses be placed upside down in the appropriate container.
A fixed charge of €60.50 applies to the first 15 km. Up to 50 km, we charge €1.25 per kilometre; beyond that, the rate is €2.66 per kilometre.

All rental prices and charges on our website exclude VAT.
A 75% discount for additional days means paying 25% of the standard daily rate. Check your quotation for the total applicable to your reservation.

If you are entitled to a deposit refund, we return it within seven working days.
Our materials must be compulsorily insured for any damage, loss or theft. Insurance must be taken out with a Belgian insurer with Rent Solutions as third-party beneficiary.
